In Ontario, 25(2) of Occupational Health and Safety regulations OHSA requires all businesses small or large to develop and implement an occupational health and safety manual for their workers. Workers can be employees or subcontractors.
This Manual is to ensure that specific tasks are completed thoroughly and consistently keeping everyone safe.
